Synopsis

Many years ago, a Great Civil War ravaged Japan, leaving the country fragmented between two regions: Kansai and Kanto. In Kansai, a group of six Akudama carry out missions given to them by a mysterious black cat, while evading the police. But a dangerous journey is about to unfold when a civilian girl becomes twisted into the Akudama’s way of life and witnesses their criminal drives.

As criminals known as Akudama terrorize Kansai, an ordinary citizen gets dragged into danger when her good intentions steer her wrong.

RESERVOIR DOGS

The Akudama learn from the plan’s mastermind just how risky and troublesome it will be. As if things weren’t bad enough, trouble comes looking for them first.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE

When the infiltration doesn’t go as expected and they’re running out of time, the group will have to improvise to pull off the ultimate heist.

SPEED

The Shinkansen speeds ahead, hurtling the crew towards certain death. As they race against time to reach the vault, Executioners show up to derail their plans.

As the Executioners deal with the aftermath of their failure, the Akudama take a break to recuperate and finally find out their destination.

When one Executioner arrives for a showdown, Brawler couldn't be happier. As the bloodbath rages on, Pupil struggles to understand why she was left behind.

After a long journey, the team finally reaches their destination. Before the children say their goodbyes, Brother shares his side of the story.

The Akudama struggle to survive as the hunt for their heads intensifies. While Doctor and Hoodlum run amok, Swindler takes on the role of big sister.

THE SHINING

Courier joins up with Swindler as they attempt to track Brother down. Meanwhile, Cutthroat is seeing red and is thirstier than ever for blood.

BABEL

Drastic measures are taken to subdue the civilian uprising. Knowing it's their last chance to save Brother, Courier and crew race towards a showdown at Kansai Station.

WAR GAMES

Sometimes, the truth is harder to believe than fiction. Unbeknownst to them, Swindler and Courier are at risk of being trapped in Kanto forever.

Swindler and Courier have been driven into a corner but are not about to give up. Swindler is prepared to play the part if it will help the children escape.
