Episode 20: Soccer in the Flames!
Aired: September 12, 2012Jeanne d'Arc and the others arrived at Charles palace. Kirino and Jeanne went inside while the others were outside playing soccer. Charles agreed with sending more soldiers for the war. Jeanne and the others went back to Shindou and the others along with the soldiers. Jeanne and Kirino had a talk about the war. Jeanne went outside and fought against the enemies. Kirino thought it was his fault and he ran outside, the others followed him. Zanak created a soccer field and Raimon must fight against Protocol Omega 3.0 in order to proceed. Gamma released his Keshin and scored the first goal. Jeanne is scared and Kirino is worried about her.

The story is set after the end of Holy Road tournament finals of the first Inazuma Eleven GO anime, and Tenma returns to Raimon Junior High School. However, this is not the Raimon that Tenma remembers, and the members of the Raimon team no longer play soccer.
Tenma realizes that this is a parallel world when Alpha, the captain and forward of the Protocol Omega team, appears before him. Alpha is part of a secret project in the future to wipe out soccer.
To aid Tenma in his adventures, the Inazuma Caravan van seen in previous Inazuma Eleven anime has been modified into a flying time machine.
