Important Notice

Please note: Haishin does not host any files itself but instead only displays content from 3rd party providers. Legal issues should be taken up with them.

Haishin is a content aggregation platform that functions as a search engine for anime and manga content. We do not upload, store, or host any video files, images, or other copyrighted materials on our servers. We merely index and link to content that is already publicly available on third-party platforms across the internet.

How Haishin Works

Content Aggregation

Haishin operates similarly to search engines like Google or Bing. We:

  • Index publicly available content from various third-party streaming providers
  • Display metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) from external sources
  • Provide links to content hosted on independent third-party platforms that are already accessible on the internet
  • Do not upload, store, or control any video files or copyrighted content

Third-Party Responsibility

All streaming content accessed through Haishin is hosted entirely on external servers operated by independent third-party providers. We have no control over, and cannot be held responsible for, the content hosted on these external platforms.

DMCA Compliance

Our Position

Haishin respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). However, as we do not host any content ourselves, we cannot remove files that we do not possess or control.

For Copyright Holders

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed upon, you must contact the third-party hosting provider directly, as they are the ones storing and serving the content. Haishin merely indexes publicly available links, similar to how a search engine indexes web pages.

To find the hosting provider for specific content, you can:

  • Check the video player or page source for the actual hosting domain
  • Contact the hosting provider directly using their DMCA takedown process
  • Note that removing indexed links from Haishin will not remove the actual hosted content from the internet

Link Removal Requests

Submitting a Request

While we do not host content, we may consider removing index links to specific third-party content upon receiving a valid DMCA notification. However, this will not remove the actual content from the internet, which remains on third-party servers.

To submit a link removal request, please provide the following information:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) on Haishin that link to the allegedly infringing material
  • A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Contact Information

Please understand that we can only delist links, not remove hosted content. Allow 2 to 5 business days for a response.

Disclaimer

Haishin is a search and discovery platform that aggregates publicly available content from across the internet. We do not own, upload, or host any of the content indexed on our platform. All content is hosted on independent third-party servers beyond our control.

We do not verify the legality of content on third-party platforms. Users access third-party content at their own discretion and risk. Haishin acts solely as an information indexing and search service.

For content removal, copyright holders must contact the third-party hosting providers directly, as they have actual possession and control over the material in question.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't you remove content directly?

Because we don't host it. Just like Google can't delete a webpage they index, we can't delete videos hosted on someone else's servers. We can only remove links from our index.

Who is responsible for the hosted content?

The third-party hosting providers who store and serve the files are responsible. They are the ones who have control over the content and can remove it.

Does removing links from Haishin stop copyright infringement?

No. Removing index links from Haishin does not remove the actual content from the internet. The files remain on third-party servers and can be found through other means. To truly address infringement, you must contact the hosting providers.
