By accessing or using Haishin (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Haishin is an anime tracking and streaming application interface. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not host media content on our servers. Streaming data is fetched dynamically from external third-party servers.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

When creating an account with Haishin (including via email or third-party OAuth provider such as AniList), you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
• Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Avoid any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of the Service.

4. Third-Party Connections & AniList

You may choose to connect your Haishin account to third-party services such as AniList. By doing so, you grant Haishin permission to access and modify data on your behalf (such as updating your watch lists) in accordance with the permissions granted during OAuth authorization. You can unlink these accounts at any time from your profile settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will function uninterrupted or secure.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest updates at the top of this page.
