Aired: December 2, 1988It is revealed that a branch of the Hong Kong mafia is interested in the plates. Ryo and Sakura is able to bust out of the mafia compound and Umibozu also walks out after realizing the men who hired him cannot be trusted. When the woman who originally hired City hunter is kidnapped, Sakura takes matters into her own hands and tries to bargain the counterfeit plates for the life of her brother and future sister-in-law, despite Sakura's hatred of her.
